End-User License Agreement — Davis Direction Foundation Financial Analysis Tool

This tool is an internal application built for authorized staff of Davis
Direction Foundation to view and analyze the organization's own QuickBooks
Online financial data. It is not distributed publicly and is not available
for use outside of Davis Direction Foundation.

By using this tool, authorized users agree to:
- Use it only for legitimate Davis Direction Foundation business purposes
- Keep their login credentials confidential
- Not attempt to access data outside their authorized scope

This tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Davis Direction
Foundation is responsible for the accuracy of the underlying QuickBooks data;
this tool is a reporting and analysis layer on top of that data.
