Privacy Policy — Davis Direction Foundation Financial Analysis Tool

This tool accesses Davis Direction Foundation's own QuickBooks Online
financial data (via the QuickBooks Online API) to display reports and
answer questions for authorized internal staff. It does not collect data
from, or about, any member of the public.

Data accessed includes financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Cash Flow,
Budget vs. Actuals, and class/fund breakdowns. This data is displayed within
the tool during a user's session and is not stored persistently outside of
QuickBooks Online itself.

When a user asks a question using the tool's "Ask AI" feature, the relevant
financial data loaded in that session is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to
generate a response. This data is used solely to answer that question and is
handled under Anthropic's standard API data-use terms.

This tool is hosted on Streamlit Community Cloud. Login credentials are
limited to a small number of authorized Davis Direction Foundation staff.
